- Contact us to share the images you have of the pet. We'll let you know whether or not we can make it happen.
- Tell us the date in which you'd like to have your finished piece in hand.
- Communicate the angle or perspective or position (sitting, standing, laying down, etc.) you'd like to see the animal drawn from.
Our price for custom work is $160, and any additional quantities of the same illustration will be offered at our standard price of $40. So, if you'd like more than one, contact us and we'll create a custom order page for you.

Shipping costs differ depending on weight, and USPS increases its prices yearly. In general, sending 1–6 State Icons in a small USPS box comes in at less than $10.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of order date if your item was damaged in transit, or if the wrong item was mailed to you (but that's only happened once!). Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Orders canceled before the items have shipped will incur a 10% restocking fee.
