Orders canceled before they're fulfilled by United Goods will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

This charge covers the fee our digital marketplace charges us when an item is purchased from our online shop. When orders are canceled, the buyer is refunded 100% of what was paid. But we still eat that fee—and as a small business, every cent counts.
