State Icons

State Icons celebrate the everyday. The landmarks, structures, and buildings that are represented may not be known around the world, but they often mean so much to the people who are familiar with them.

State Icons are drawn digitally, using a mouse, at the size at which they're displayed. The illustrations are printed as giclées in our home studio using archival-quality papers and inks. They're signed by the artist, Christy Johnson, and finished in simple frames that are handmade by Christy's parents.

Select a category below to find the State Icons that are available in each state. Larger sizes are available on our Matted Prints page. If you don't see the State Icon you're looking for, check out how to get a Custom State Icon made.

We take great care in choosing the materials we work with, and, unless noted, all items are made entirely in the USA.
